Practically Foolproof Fresh Fig Cake in your Instant Pot
After some experimentation, I've found the perfect way to use fresh figs! I pick so many of them in such a short period of time but I know I'm not going to can or dry them. This recipe is really forgiving - you can use figs that are bloated or just ripe. The problem with figs is that the water content varies so much that the recipe can't be exact until you get most of the water so that is the first step.
1. Wash the figs and snip the stems off with scissors. Cook in your instant pot for 8 minutes
