12 salted caramel ice cream sandwiches

8 oz. tub Cool Whip, thawed - real whipping cream will not work

Caramel or salted caramel topping

You can use loaf pans or sheet cake pan. If you use loaf pans, line with plastic wrap or parchment. Layer in above order. If using sheet cake pan, drizzle with additional topping. Freeze and serve from sheet cake pan or turn out of loaf pans and frost with more Cool Whip and drizzle topping.
