Cinnamon rolls

First of all, DON'T preheat oven lol...

For cinnamon rolls, I increase butter to 1/2 cup and use all white bread flour. Let rise in refrigerator overnight, then take out desired amount and let it warm up a little. Roll out in a thin rectangle, brush with more melted butter, cinnamon, sugar, and optionally nuts and raisins. Roll up longwise, slice, put in buttered dish and let rise again. Baking time depends on roll thickness. After baking, top with a basic confectioners sugar drizzle, cream cheese frosting, etc.
